Celebrate culture, art, and community in Highland Park!

Presented by the Office of Council District 1, Música y Poemas is a free, family-friendly festival on Figueroa Street that brings local artists, youth activities, and essential community resources.

Event attendees can enjoy live music across two stages, inflatable games, a reptile petting activation, and the Natural History Museum’s Mobile Museum. You’ll also find community partners offering free haircuts, a Primary Care Mobile Clinic, pet resources, and more.
